Philosophy
I am dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized orthotic care. With extensive training in the evaluation, design, fabrication, and fitting of custom orthotic devices, I work with individuals of all ages to address a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Committed to a patient-centered approach, I collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and patients to develop treatment solutions that support each individual’s goals and lifestyle. Whether providing bracing for injury recovery, managing chronic conditions, or improving mobility and independence, I focus on delivering compassionate care and evidence-based outcomes. I stay current with advancements in orthotic technology and clinical practices through ongoing professional education and active involvement in the orthotics and prosthetics community. My passion for helping patients achieve greater comfort, confidence, and mobility is at the heart of every patient interaction.
Bio
I completed my BS in biology in 2023 from VCU, followed by my MS in Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2025 from EMU. Then, I completed my prosthetic residency with the VA Medical center in Richmond before accepting my orthotic residency with OPSB at the Richmond clinic. Before O&P, I was in the military and worked construction through undergrad.
I enjoy lifting, running, reading fantasy/sci-fi and attempting to fix things around my house but at the end of the day, nothing beats a good nap. I enjoy the challenge of finding the best device and design for our patients because everyone is a little different and no day is quite the same.
