Our goal is to ensure every patient receives timely, thoughtful, and coordinated care.
Do you accept patients’ insurance?
Yes.
OP Specialty Bracing works with most major insurance plans and strives to support patients within their existing coverage whenever possible. While coverage varies by payer and individual plan, our team aligns closely with your prescribed plan of care and helps facilitate the reimbursement process.
Following the initial evaluation, our billing team verifies eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements, and communicates estimated out-of-pocket costs directly to the patient or family. If a plan is out-of-network, patients are informed promptly so they can make fully informed decisions.
As with all Durable Medical Equipment, coverage determinations ultimately rest with the patient’s insurance carrier and are subject to plan-specific terms, conditions, and exclusions. Our goal is to provide transparency and guidance throughout the process while supporting access to the orthotic and prosthetic care you prescribe.
What products and services do you support?
Our clinicians are equipped with a comprehensive range of orthotic and prosthetic solutions, enabling them to align each device with the specific clinical goals you define for your patient. Rather than a standardized or size-based approach, we prioritize individualized design, assessing functional needs, developmental considerations, and patient-specific outcomes to guide every device we provide.
When you partner with OP Specialty Bracing, you can expect a collaborative, patient-centered approach that supports your plan of care offering solutions from head to toe.
Our team will:
Our goal is to serve as an extension of your care team, delivering tailored solutions that support function, compliance, and long-term success.
Do you provide clinical guidance or fitting support?
Yes.
We support your clinical care plan by providing patients and families with consistent, high-quality education and reinforcement beyond the clinic setting. Each patient is sent home with tailored resources specific to their orthosis or prosthesis, along with direct contact information for our clinical team to ensure continuity of care and appropriate follow-up.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive online Family Resource Hub designed to meet families where they are, providing accessible, easy-to-understand guidance in a format and environment that fits their day-to-day lives. These resources are intended to extend your care, improve compliance, and support better outcomes without replacing your clinical direction.
