The Concord clinic specializes in non-surgical scoliosis management, including custom scoliosis bracing and ongoing orthotic care. Treatment plans are individualized based on curve pattern, growth remaining, and physician recommendations to help manage curve progression during growth. Commonly treated diagnosis are, but not limited to, adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, neuromuscular scoliosis, infantile scoliosis, and kyphosis.
Infants should be referred when persistent flattening of the head, facial asymmetry, or head shape concerns are observed. Because infant head growth is most rapid during the first year of life, early evaluation can help determine whether repositioning, physical therapy, or cranial remolding therapy may be beneficial.
