I believe that it is my job to offer an experience of open communication and empathy to help develop a personalized care plan to all my patients. I truly consider each encounter with a patient and family as an equal opportunity for them to teach me something new on top of the education I can provide for them. It is my goal to have families leave with a sense of reassurance that they have a clinician dedicated to helping their child reach their goals.
I am a graduate from Sacred Heart University with a bachelor’s degree in public health and became a Certified Orthotic Fitter (CFo) after graduating. I grew up as an admirer of the orthotics and prosthetics field when a family friend needed prosthetic rehabilitation after serving overseas. I have had my mind set on working in the medical field from then on, with the goal to be able to be hands on with people that need it the most. Throughout my life, I have been involved with volunteer work with organizations such as the Friendship Home and Autism aware. As well as having a sister with physical and mental disabilities, working for a pediatric organization has been the perfect fit for me!
