My philosophy is centered around ensuring that every patient I encounter feels comfortable and cared for. It's my goal to have each individual leave feeling better than when they came in. I want my patients to understand their quality of life and personal goals are just as important to me as they are to them. This commitment drives me to provide the highest level of care and support.
I began my career at a medical supply store, where I earned several certifications, including Certified Orthotic Fitter, Mastectomy Fitter, and Durable Medical Equipment Specialist. This foundational experience allowed me to assist patients of various ages and with diverse needs effectively. My journey continued in an orthopedic office, where I expanded my knowledge and further honed my skills in this vital field. I am currently continuing my journey here at Orthopediatrics/Boston O & P, where I am dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need while constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skills.
With a background in the arts, I possess a unique perspective on the design and mechanics of braces, enabling me to see their potential beyond mere functionality. As a childhood cancer survivor, I have a deep understanding of the needs and emotions of children facing similar challenges. This personal experience fuels my passion for helping children and their families, striving to improve their quality of life.
Being a kid at heart allows me to connect effortlessly with children, creating an environment where they feel comfortable and supported. I strive to make patients of all ages feel at ease, demonstrating my care and compassion in every interaction. No matter their age, I am dedicated to making meaningful connections and working collaboratively towards their well-being. My ultimate goal is to make a positive difference in their lives, one step at a time.
