Marlo Cheever, CFo

After earning my degree in Exercise Science, I began my career at The Little Gym of Seattle as an instructor and assistant director, teaching classes, organizing events, and managing marketing. Working with children aged 3 months to 12 years deepened my understanding of motor skill development and taught me how to adapt to each child’s unique needs. After moving to the East Coast, I sought a path that combined my passion for working with kids with a focus on mobility. That’s when I discovered O&P—a perfect blend of creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on care. Helping individuals move more easily and achieve their goals has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to continue growing in this field.

Outside of work, I love traveling, skiing, paddleboarding, and photography.
