I began my career in the orthotics and prosthetics field as a technician in 1989. After five years, my skills were recognized by fellow practitioners who encouraged me to pursue certification as an orthotist. After two years of study, I became a certified orthotic practitioner. My early experience encompassed working with patients of all ages who required orthotic and prosthetic devices.
A decade into my career, I transitioned to a practice that treated a significant number of pediatric patients. It was there that I discovered my passion for working with children. This passion led me to relocate from New York City to North Carolina, where I joined a large clinic specializing in pediatric care. Wanting to dedicate myself fully to serving children, I later founded my own company, Royal Orthotics, LLC, in Concord, North Carolina, providing care to patients throughout the greater Charlotte area.
After nine years, I saw an opportunity to join a larger organization that shared my commitment to pediatric care. In 2025, I became part of OPSB, where I continue to focus on improving children's lives through orthotic solutions.
Outside of work, I love vacationing with my wife, Lois, and we have two beautiful grown daughters!
