Boost Therapeutic Innovations
GiggleFit Therapeutic PlayGym (TPG) from Boost Therapeutic Innovations is a research-based exercise system for children with medical complexity; designed to overcome movement poverty and community rehabilitation access barriers. TPG provides adaptive play opportunities in hospital, home, school, and community settings. The idea behind the GiggleFit TPG stemmed from Jenna Lammers’, inventor and owner, lifelong career working with medically complex kids.
Available in two options: Neonatal Therapeutic Play Gym (NEO) and Hospital to Home (H2H). See below for more information on each option.
The GiggleFit Therapeutic PlayGym from Boost Therapeutic Innovations is available from OPSB™ through an exclusive distribution agreement focused on US Children’s Hospitals and associated clinics.

Innovating Hope, One Move at a Time
NEO
Neonatal Therapeutic Play Gym
NEO is aTPG for the 100,000 infants born each year in US hospitals who struggle to move in key developmental positions. They experience long initial hospitalizations and expensive secondary impairments of immobility.
By having a small footprint frame that fits in the NICU and infant hospital beds, NEO is a solution to long hospitalizations interventions. It adds value to the hospital and empowers the family by increasing intervention value, training caregivers, and passing discharge competencies.
H2H
Hospital to Home
H2H is designed for older infants through adolescents experiencing long-term movement poverty and community rehabilitation access barriers.
There is currently an 80% deficit of pediatric rehabilitation professionals in the U.S. early intervention (EI) system. Many children receive 3-4x/week PT and daily feeding therapy while in the hospital and then cannot access services in their local communities after discharge. H2H can help equip families to continue therapy and build on the progress that was started in the hospital at home during their wait for EI therapy and beyond.
