I have over 15 years of experience treating a large scope of pediatric orthopedic conditions. My specialty and passion is the treatment of scoliosis patients. I am experienced in a multiple of scoliosis brace systems. I embrace the unique qualities of each child in order to provide customized treatment. I enjoy meeting and working with the child’s family and look forward to the opportunity to improve your child’s quality of life through bracing.
I am a board-certified orthotist and prosthetist, specializing in pediatric orthotics and spinal deformities. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance in 2008 and a minor is Spanish language. I then graduated from the Newington Certificate Program with postbaccalaureate certificates in orthotics and prosthetics in 2009 and 2010 and later earned my Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2016 from the University of Hartford.
I worked as a CPO in a busy office for 11 years seeing pediatric orthotic and adult prosthetic patients, serving as practice manager for the last several years in that office. Over time my love of pediatrics increased and my focus narrowed to exclusively see pediatric orthotic patients. I then transitioned to a smaller company that focused more on the finer details of patient care with a strong focus on technology and 3D printing. With our recent acquisition by OPSB, I am excited to expand and improve patient care with a great team and increased resources.
