I strive to meet every child where they are—considering their age, current needs, and what will make them feel most comfortable. I find great joy in seeing children thrive, and I do my best to design devices that help make that possible. My goal is for every child I work with to reach their highest potential.
I discovered the field of orthotics and prosthetics in high school and shaped my education around the goal of becoming a certified orthotist/prosthetist. I was drawn to this profession because it blends art, science, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Graduate school affirmed that this was the right path for me—and it’s also where I met my husband, Matt! We’ve been married since 2021 and recently relocated from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the Dayton, Ohio area to be closer to family. We now share our home with our son and two ginger cats.
My residency was in a pediatric-focused practice that primarily served patients with scoliosis, and that experience sparked a lasting passion for pediatric orthotics. In Wisconsin, I became a scoliosis subject matter expert and had the opportunity to present at national conferences for my organization. I truly enjoy helping patients reach their goals through customized orthotic solutions that support comfort, function, and confidence.
